Application
After completion of the preparations and submission of a doctoral research proposal and confirmation of supervision, acceptance can be applied for. Acceptance takes place according to the rules of the applicable doctoral regulations.
Submitting a request for acceptance
For an application for acceptance as a doctoral candidate for a cooperative doctorate with a partner university, the regulations of the respective applicable doctoral regulations apply.
An application for acceptance as a doctoral candidate at a doctoral center must be submitted to the respective office of the doctoral centre in accordance with the current requirements and the regulations of the doctoral regulations.
An application for acceptance as a doctoral candidate at a doctoral center must be submitted directly to the respective office of the doctoral centre in accordance with the current requirements and the provisions of the doctoral regulations. In addition, for an application to the Doctoral Center Applied Informatics or to the Doctoral Center Sustainability Sciences for applicants with foreign universitiy degrees, a parallel application to verify the fulfilment of the requirements for acceptance according to the doctoral regulations must be made via uni-assist.
