Mentoring-Hessen is launching a new round of the ProCareer.Doc mentoring programme to support female PhD students and early-career postdoctoral researchers across all disciplines at universities in Hesse with their future career planning. This is an opportunity to address personal questions regarding career planning, whether within or outside academia, with the support of a mentor. 
Peer counselling within the mentee group, workshops and networking events also offer support for professional and personal development.
