The ZOE Centre for Higher Education Pedagogy & Digitalisation and the Graduate School invite PhD students from all disciplines at h_da to a one-and-a-half-day workshop (in person, in German) covering the key fundamentals of higher education teaching.

Topics are:

• understanding of one’s own role,
• the specific characteristics of adult learning,
• didactic and organisational aspects of lesson planning,
• interaction with students,
• forms of assessment and evaluation processes, as well as
• the integration of learning outcomes, teaching and learning activities, and assessments in line with the principle of constructive alignment.
