Matriculation at h_da

Doctoral students of Hochschule Darmstadt can enrol at the university. There are two different alternatives.

Doctoral students at a doctoral center can matriculate at the university of their primary supervisor after having been accepted. For matriculation, the applicable semester fee is payable on the central semester dates. Every semester, timely re-registration is required for the central semester deadlines of Hochschule Darmstadt.

Accepted cooperative doctoral students enrolled at a partner university as well as doctoral students at a cross-university doctoral center who have the second supervision at Hochschule Darmstadt and are enrolled at the university of the first supervisor can request secondary matriculation at h_da for the entire doctoral phase. For secondary matriculation the semester fees less the administrative fee are charged.

For Hochschule Darmstadt, the application for matriculation can be requested directly by email to gsd@h-da.de. For re-registration, the Graduate School must be informed online within the central re-registration term by means of the re-registration form and payment of the corresponding semester fee must be made in due time.

In case doctoral students do not need the RMV semester ticket, after payment of the semester fee an application for reimbursement of the ticket can be submitted within the application period directly to the AStA of Hochschule Darmstadt.
