Matriculation at h_da

Doctoral students at Hochschule Darmstadt are obliged to enrol at the university. There are two different options:

First matriculation for doctoral candidates who have been accepted at a doctoral center. Enrolment takes place at the university of their first supervisor. For enrolment, the currently valid semester fee must be paid on the central semester dates. Timely re-registration is required each semester

Second enrolment for cooperative doctoral candidates and doctoral candidates at an inter-university doctoral center with a second supervision at Hochschule Darmstadt. Proof of first matriculation must be submitted and the semester fee minus the administrative fee must be paid.

In case doctoral students do not need the RMV semester ticket, after payment of the semester fee an application for reimbursement of the ticket can be submitted within the application period directly to the AStA of Hochschule Darmstadt.
