Participation in the study programme
The timetable is designed in such a way that it is possible to attend while working. In most cases, lectures are on Monday afternoons. Seminars are also held in the form of full-day events, mostly on Fridays or Saturdays. In addition, colloquia, doctoral seminars and writing and research workshops are held regularly. The academies and workshops that take place during the lecture-free periods are mostly of several days' duration.
There is a set programme with a schedule of events for each semester. Academies and workshops take place during the lecture-free periods. Accompanying colloquia and doctoral seminars are held regularly. The programme for the current semester can be found in the online course directory. You can also register there.
All information on the current courses with details of times and rooms can be found in the online course directory. There you can also make enrolments. All participants automatically receive email notifications via the h_da's university information system when there are changes to the courses they are enrolled in. A chronological overview of dates can be found in the Kalender.
Participation in courses can be individualised according to need, although attendance at the introductory courses at the beginning is particularly recommended.
As proof of participation in courses, a confirmation of participation will be issued upon request, showing the content, type and performance of the course as well as the ECTS credit points that can be credited. The courses can be recognised for PhD programmes in accordance with the applicable doctoral agreement.
