Application for participation in Graduate School

Those interested in preparing for a doctorate who are supervised by a professor at the h_da can register for participation at the Graduate School.

Registration can be made directly with the Graduate School of Hochschule Darmstadt at any time. The current registration form can be requested by emailing gsd@h-da.de. Registration is free of charge for doctoral candidates supervised at h_da for a period of up to two semesters. Every semester, timely registration is required for the central semester deadlines of Hochschule Darmstadt.

After receipt of the application and confirmation by the Graduate School, registration as a participant will take place at the next possible time. Participants receive a participation card as well as an online user account and access to the library as well as the possibility to use the doctoral workroom and supporting resources.

To participate in the doctoral studies programme, prior registration with the Graduate School is prerequisite in order to be able to attend courses and to gain access to the e-learning platform and the virtual rooms.
